About the event

This gathering is about reclaiming responsibility for our future. Community Control means we organize, educate, and mobilize to protect and build within our own neighborhoods. It means shifting from dependency to self-determination, strengthening families, supporting local leadership, circulating resources within our community, and holding ourselves accountable to higher standards.

Literacy is not just reading words, it is reading the world. It is the ability to think critically, understand systems, teach our children their history, and equip them with the tools to build something greater than what we inherited. When we raise literacy, we raise consciousness. When we raise consciousness, we raise power. Peace!
